PeopleSoft: Two new PeopleSoft SQR Utility programs

peoplesoft I have added two new SQR untility programs [here] that are specific to PeopleSoft, the first is one that will take a list of EMPLID and locate which tables that the ID's exist in (useful in data clean-up). The second is a tool that will count the number of modified objects in a PeopleSoft database.
